This Refund Policy explains when and how you can receive a refund for GetMyLease (“GetMyLease,” “we,” “us,” or the “Service”). It should be read together with our Disclaimer and Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
GetMyLease charges a one-time fee of $99 for our car lease marketing service. Within seven (7) days of your order, our team works to present you with at least one lease offer for the vehicle and parameters you requested. If we are unable to present you with any qualifying offer within that period, you are entitled to a full refund of your $99 fee.
In other words, if we present you with an offer within the 7-day window, the guarantee has been met — even if you decide the offer isn't right for you. You always have the right to accept or decline any offer (see our Disclaimer), but declining a presented offer does not, by itself, qualify you for a refund.
A refund is not available where:
If 7 days pass from your order and we have not presented you with a qualifying offer, email us at hello@getmylease.com with the name and email used at checkout and your order number. We will review your request and, if eligible, process your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. We refund the $99 service fee only; we do not collect or charge any other amounts.
Our service is digital and does not require shipping. We deliver the results of our work by email to the address you provide at checkout. Because there is no physical product, there is nothing to ship back or return; refunds are handled solely as described in this policy.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
